iLEADlogoFor the past years, faculty and students from the School of Business have been visiting Jamaica to volunteer with small businesses engaged in eco-tourism as a part of  ADMN 3336 Special Projects course. The students apply their skills, knowledge and talents to solving management issues.

This February, 11 students and 2 faculty members from School of Business are back to Jamaica to work on new projects with local eco-village company: Fern Forest Eco-Village. In 2015, Nipissing students worked on projects with Great Huts Resort on a performance appraisal system. The solutions provided by our students were well received by the company’s management.
